The New Air NPT-72SA-6D is a 72 inch refrigerated salad and sandwich prep table with six drawers. It is made for high volume kitchens, cafeterias, delis, and catering operations that keep several menus running at once. The top rail holds 18 one sixth size pans, and the cabinet below holds 17.58 cubic feet of chilled product.
Six drawers give staff a place to keep each prepped item on its own, and pulling one open does not empty the cold air out of the whole cabinet. A 14.5 inch deep cutting board runs the length of the unit, and the insulated lid closes over the pans between services. The digital controller sits at the back and holds the cabinet between 0.5 and 5 degrees Celsius. Stainless steel inside and out keeps cleaning simple, adjustable epoxy coated shelves let staff set the spacing they need, and casters make it easy to roll the unit out. The back mounted compressor runs on R290 refrigerant from a standard 115 volt outlet.
