The New Air NDC-48-SG is a 48 inch square glass refrigerated display case that gives bakeries, cafes, and delis a generous run of merchandising space without taking over the front counter. Square tempered glass on three sides and a black brushed stainless steel frame keep the focus on the product rather than the cabinet.
Two glass shelves adjust for both height and angle, so a tray of danishes and a tall cheesecake can share the same case. LED strips under each shelf light product from above, a front heated anti-fog film keeps the glass clear when the room warms up, and a rear digital controller with LED display holds 2 to 5°C on an R290 system. The whole cabinet rolls on casters for cleaning.
