Square tempered glass on three sides and a black brushed stainless steel frame give customers a clear view of everything inside, which makes it a strong fit for pastries, cakes, desserts, and packaged grab and go items.
Two glass shelves adjust for both height and angle, so tall layer cakes and flat trays both sit well. LED lighting under each shelf keeps product bright, a front heated anti-fog film stops condensation from clouding the viewing glass during service, and a rear digital controller with LED display holds the cabinet between 2 and 5°C using an R290 refrigeration system.
